BOND | Unique Homes was founded by Boris Rupnik and Boris Grießhaber. Boris Rupnik is a respected expert in home technologies and smart home technology in Europe, while property project developer Boris Grießhaber brings his extensive experience in the high-end residential segment to the projects.

- DESIGN.SMART.HOME: The founders of BOND are also the initiators of DESIGN.SMART.HOME. An association of around 30 selected companies from different trades that work together as a team on projects and operate several showrooms where new trends and product innovations in the field of upmarket home decor are presented.
