Since 1981, PFLÜGER KG has stood for what many promise but few deliver: high-end interior design solutions that are truly tailored to people. What began as a specialist carpet agency is now an established name in exclusive interior design – grown out of conviction, not by chance.

From commercial agency to interior design brand.

Founder Harald Pflüger brought with him not only expertise from his time at Moquette Industrie Deventer (M.I.D.), but also a flair for quality and relationships that remains at the heart of the brand to this day. Close partnerships with renowned furniture stores and architectural firms created a network that has proven itself over decades.

A milestone: OT-Oliver Treutlein.

In creative collaboration with Prof. Manfred Bremeier and Oliver Treutlein, a company was created that combined design, production and sales in a unique way. The OT-Oliver Treutlein GmbH brand, based in Meerbusch, set new standards for handmade, unique carpets and high-quality fitted carpets – and to this day remains an expression of what PFLÜGER KG understands by design.

A generational change with vision.

In 1991, Lars Pflüger joined the company – and with him came a new perspective. The development from a pure carpet specialist to a versatile supplier of interior design manufacturing products gained momentum.

In 1999, the company was renamed PFLÜGER KG Handelsagentur, associated with a guiding principle that is still valid today: Inspiration | Communication | Emotion.

After the untimely death of Harald Pflüger in 2000, Lars Pflüger continued to run the company with sensitivity, vision and a deep appreciation for his father's legacy. He carried what his father had built into the future with his own signature style.

Growth through partnership.

Good cooperation does not happen by chance – it grows out of shared values. PFLÜGER KG has expanded its portfolio in a targeted and deliberate manner in recent years:

• 2016: NOBILIS Fontan, a French label offering elegant wall coverings and textiles, joined the company.
• 2020: Collaboration with thesign AG from Switzerland – a network that gained a new international dimension in 2025 through its acquisition by Chase Erwin London.
• Since 2024: Robusta B.V. from Genemuiden in the Netherlands as a reliable partner for demanding large-scale projects: high-quality, durable and aesthetic textile flooring solutions for hotels, banks, trade fairs, events, pool areas and heavily frequented public spaces.
• Also since 2024: Official partner of the DESIGN.SMART.HOME and BOND | Unique Homes® networks – a combination of design, technology and precision craftsmanship that is second to none.
