Since 1981, PFLÜGER KG has stood for bespoke furnishing solutions in the premium segment. Founded by Harald Pflüger, the company evolved from a specialised carpet agency into a recognised name for exclusive interior design.
From trading agency to interior brand.
Drawing on his experience at Moquette Industrie Deventer (M.I.D.), Harald Pflüger brought with him the expertise and intuition that became the foundation of the brand. Close partnerships with exclusive furnishing houses and architectural studios laid the groundwork for a growing network of renowned design companies.
A milestone: OT-Oliver Treutlein.
In creative collaboration with Prof. Manfred Bremeier and Oliver Treutlein, the brand OT-Oliver Treutlein GmbH was established. Based in Meerbusch, the company united design, production and distribution in a collection that set new standards for handcrafted bespoke rugs and high-quality fitted carpeting.
A generational change with vision.
In 1991, Lars Pflüger joined the company. His arrival marked the beginning of its transformation from a pure carpet agency into a versatile provider of interior design manufactory products.
In 1999, the company was renamed PFLÜGER KG Trading agency – accompanied by a new guiding principle: Inspiration | Communication | Emotion.
Following the early passing of Harald Pflüger in 2000, Lars Pflüger continued the company’s development with foresight, sensitivity and respect for his father’s values.
Growth through partnerships.
In 2016, the integration of the French label NOBILIS Fontan expanded the portfolio to include refined wall coverings and textiles.
In 2020, a cooperation with the Swiss thesign AG followed, whose acquisition by Chase Erwin London (2025) further strengthened the international network.
Since 2024, PFLÜGER KG has been an official partner of the networks DESIGN.SMART.HOME and BOND | Unique Homes® – a union of design, technology and craftsmanship at the highest level.
