In 2020, two personalities with a shared conviction came together: Patrick Stieger, founder of the Swiss design brand thesign®, and Lars Pflüger, managing director of PFLÜGER KG. Right from their first conversation, it was clear that these two designers were on the same wavelength – united by their love of materials, aesthetic sensibility and the aspiration to create interior design with real substance. What began as an encounter developed into a partnership based on mutual respect, artistic precision and a shared pursuit of creative consistency.

Since its founding in 1998, thesign® has stood for uncompromising quality and an artistic design language that navigates between power and tranquillity, between zeitgeist and consistency. Inspired by the work of his father, textile artist Engelbert E. Stieger, Patrick Stieger combines European craftsmanship with American design DNA.
