Consultancy as a Craft: Why the Journey to Your Carpet Begins with Us.

A bespoke luxury carpet isn’t created on a screen, but through conversation. In our showroom, we showcase the full range of possibilities: 576 standard colours that can be individually tailored to the finest nuances – or, if desired, matched exactly to the customer’s own colour samples.

There are also 50 different qualities to choose from, in materials such as virgin wool, silk, linen, viscose, cotton and the finest bamboo, as well as in selected material combinations that blend texture and light reflection in a unique way.

When you choose a design, you are also choosing a signature style. The Frame Collection, the Impression Collection Vol. 1 & 2 and the Fashion Collection each set different design accents – ranging from clean, architectural lines to painterly surfaces.

The Heritage Collection occupies a special place: elegant and exclusive in style, characterised by sophisticated material combinations and subtle colour gradients that create a timeless vintage look. Here, too, every individual customisation remains possible.

Made-to-Measure Rather Than Standard: Shape, Pile Height, Area

For us, a made-to-measure carpet truly means exactly that: made to measure. The pile height can be freely selected from 6 millimetres up to a luxuriant 50-millimetre shaggy finish. We produce seamless carpets up to 9.50 metres in width, whilst the length is practically unlimited. Within this maximum production width, special shapes can also be realised – whether as a freestanding, one-of-a-kind piece or as a wall-to-wall, permanently fitted carpet.

Because a carpet never exists in isolation from its surroundings, we always ask about the intended area of use and how it will be used. Not every quality is equally suitable for every application – for example, in high-traffic areas or where there are specific climatic requirements. We highlight these differences and provide honest advice; the final decision always rests with you.

From the Initial Design to Installation.

Once the general direction has been decided, we produce a design drawing free of charge to give you a tangible first impression, accompanied by an initial cost estimate. Upon commissioning, we produce a visual sample in advance; once a binding order has been placed, we provide a sample from the batch that has already been dyed – ensuring that every decision is transparent before actual production begins.

Production itself takes around twelve weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. Your carpet will be delivered either in person by our partner Oliver Treutlein or by PFLÜGER KG’s in-house fitters – a service we provide as a matter of course in Düsseldorf and North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as nationwide and worldwide.

Every carpet is created using traditional handcrafting techniques, made with the oldest and most precise tool there is: the human hand. The finest hand-tufting, thread by thread, transforms wool, silk or lotus fibre into a unique piece that is never replicated.
